Road To Transformation at the British Chamber of Commerce for Thailand

A&C Associates were pleased to be able to talk about Change Management to a group of business executives at the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand's office.  Andy gave a seminar about Change and how that effects modern businesses in the current economic climate.  

Leadership coach Skowronski emphasized that in order to create and implement meaningful change, organisations need to embark on a process. He thereafter shared an 8-stage process of leadership transformations.
